UI Assets
These are some of the illustrative icons I’ve created for both brand and product. We do have separate icons created for UX specific components e.g status icons, link icon, admin etc.. These illustrative icons are usually placed on pages where there’s an onboarding/front-facing or needs a bit more flavour.
Case Study
Design research was done on this! We were conflicted in either using portrait or landscape and we decided to go with the latter with a reason that majority of our clients/users are online and rarely get their hands on printed collateral. With that, almost everyone is on their laptop nowadays so reading in landscape is already a strong reason why we chose it to be in this layout.
My favourite is the infographic we created to emphasise on the metrics a particular organization uses.
Mascot Designs
I don’t only design stuff here at Tyk, but I also digital paint! Tyk is a tech company but it is also a crazy one. The CEO loves anime and he decided that his company should have a mascot to represent it and I created these over the years. My favourite one is IT, (the scary clown).
T-Shirt Design
Tyk needed a new t-shirt design to gift to its partners and clients. This is an absolute random but in my head the idea goes like this “Surrender yourself, you are now abducted by Tyk. You will be branded a Tykling for life”. And voila!
Social Media
I’ve created loads of this banners with different variations and illustrations used. We have events or announcement almost every week and so, social media banners are one of the main tasks I would usually work on. I applied the standard social media specs and the branding.
